The ResMed AirCurve 11 ASV with HumidAir & ClimateLineAir is an advanced adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) device designed to help treat certain types of complex sleep-disordered breathing, including central sleep apnea (CSA), mixed sleep apnea, treatment-emergent central sleep apnea (CompSA), and Cheyne-Stokes respiration (CSR) in appropriate patients as prescribed by a physician.

Unlike traditional CPAP or standard BiPAP machines that deliver fixed or manually adjusted pressures, the AirCurve 11 ASV continuously monitors your breathing throughout the night and automatically adjusts pressure support on a breath-by-breath basis. This intelligent response helps stabilize breathing patterns while maintaining comfort during sleep.

The integrated HumidAir™ heated humidifier helps reduce dryness and irritation caused by airflow, while the ClimateLineAir™ heated tubing works together with Climate Control technology to help maintain consistent humidity and minimize condensation inside the tubing.

Built on ResMed's latest AirCurve 11 platform, this device also offers modern digital connectivity, simple navigation, quiet operation, and personalized therapy support through the myAir™ app (where available), helping users stay engaged with their prescribed therapy.

Important: Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) therapy is not appropriate for every patient. This device should only be used under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. ASV therapy is generally contraindicated for patients with symptomatic chronic heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤45%) and predominant moderate to severe central sleep apnea. Always consult your physician to determine if ASV therapy is appropriate for your condition.
