Terms and Conditions for the Sale of your Equipment to Hiro DME Corporation
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal contract between You (“You” or “Your”) and Hiro DME Corporation. (“Hiro DME Corporation,”“Hiro DME Corporation,”“We”, “Us” or “Our”), and govern the sale of any Equipment or any other transaction between You and Hiro DME Corporation (collectively “Transactions”).
READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY TRANSACTION WITH US. CONDUCTING A TRANSACTION OR USING THIS WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE BOTH READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS. YOU CANNOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
Hiro DME Corporation Equipment Purchase Program
We offer consumers the ability to buy and sell new, and pre-owned CPAP, BIPAP, and Respiratory related equipment such as concentrators, cough assist devices, and home ventilators both offline or through the Website under Our Hiro DME Corporation Equipment Purchase Program. The following terms apply to any sale of equipment to Us under the Hiro DME Corporation Equipment Purchase Program.
You may sell Your Equipment to Us by requesting a quote by either calling 866-764-2165 or using Our online equipment submission form through our Website. Any quote that We provide is subject to Our confirmation of the quality and condition of the Equipment after We receive it from You as described below.
You will be asked to provide an overview of the condition of Your Equipment based on hours of use, cosmetic and mechanical condition as well as odor neutrality (free of odors such as cigar or cigarette smoke, heavy perfumes, etc). It is Your responsibility to inspect Your Equipment thoroughly and ensure that it meets the condition criteria that We specify. We will inspect Your Product against the same condition criteria. Equipment You submit to Hiro DME Corporation is subject to acceptance by Us. We will determine the type and condition of Equipment You submitted based on what We actually receive, and not what You described during the submission process. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between what You describe in Your submission and what We receive.
Equipment You submit to Hiro DME Corporation under the Hiro DME Corporation Equipment Purchase Program must be shipped only from the United States or APO/FPO, and You must have a physical address or P.O. Box located in the United States or APO/FPO. Products shipped from outside the United States or APO/FPO may not be accepted or returned. If You would like to submit Equipment for evaluation from an International address, you must have prior approval from Us, before doing so.
We cannot confirm the value of Your Equipment until We receive it. Despite Our best efforts to establish value during the offer process, if the device received does match the overall condition/description You provided during the offer process, an amended offer may be submitted to you for your consideration, based on Our discretion. If You do not accept the amended offer We propose, We will return the Equipment to You at Your cost. Standard ground shipping rates will apply. If you send the Incorrect equipment (Equipment either not included in the equipment submission form, or the wrong make and model described in the submission form) We will contact You by either email or phone to provide You with either a proposed price for purchase of the Incorrect Equipment, or to arrange with you the return of the Incorrect Equipment. If You do not accept the proposed price or do not respond to Us by email or phone within 14 days, We will return the Incorrect Equipment to You at Your cost. Standard Ground shipping rates will apply. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to Your Equipment that is rejected and shipped back to You (“Returned Product”). If for any reason a Returned Product is returned back to Us by the carrier as undeliverable, You agree that We can dispose of the Returned Product, including disposing, selling, destroying or recycling it, in Our discretion without any further liability or obligation to You.
Notwithstanding Your election to sell Us Your Equipment or Your shipping the Equipment to Us, or Our providing a offer, We reserve the right to elect not to purchase any such Equipment (which may be all or a portion of what You desire to sell to Us) in Our sole discretion, including without limitation if certain quantity limits We hold in stock are reached. If We so elect after You have shipped or We have received the Equipment, We will return the Equipment to You at no additional cost. You will not receive any payment for any such Equipment.
Equipment purchased from You will be paid via check or PayPal determined by your selection, within 2-3 business days after We received Your equipment. You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes incurred in connection with any payments made to You.
